This is done in the <strong>Collect<\/strong> section of <strong>Snap XMP Online<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two ways of navigating to the <strong>Collect<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the <strong>Collect<\/strong> link from the Conference survey <strong>Summary<\/strong> tab in <strong>Your work.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>Collect<\/strong> tab from the <strong>Online Designer.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Publishing your survey for the first time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your questionnaire is now ready for publishing. The publishing process creates web pages that run a survey in a web browser. When the <strong>Collect<\/strong> tab is selected the <strong>Overview<\/strong> is shown by default. This shows the status of the survey and is where you publish the survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the <strong>Collect<\/strong> tab and go to the <strong>Overview<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>Publish current version<\/strong> button to publish your survey.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"749\" height=\"196\" src=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screenshot-2026-02-25-091012.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15573\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screenshot-2026-02-25-091012.png 749w, https:\/\/www.snapsurveys.com\/support-snapxmp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Screenshot-2026-02-25-091012-300x79.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 749px) 100vw, 749px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will be asked to confirm that you want to publish. Click <strong>OK<\/strong> to publish the survey.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>When you have published your survey, the <strong>Overview<\/strong> now displays further information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Overview<\/strong> displays the current survey status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Web Interviews <\/strong>shows the details for online interviewing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Paper Interviews<\/strong> contains a PDF download.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Launching web interviews<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changing the Interview URL destination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The respondents use the <strong>Interview URL<\/strong> to complete the questionnaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can customise the last section of the <strong>Interview URL<\/strong>. Enter a number of test responses and try out the routing and validation. These test responses will not be saved or affect the survey data responses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can test the published survey prior and after interviewing has started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the <strong>Launch preview<\/strong> button. Click <strong>Pause interviewing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once interviewing pauses you can see the <strong>Publish current version<\/strong> button. Click on the <strong>Publish current version<\/strong> button to publish the latest version of the questionnaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After you have published, the message indicates that interviewing is using the most recent version of the survey.
