The Employee Opinion Template lets you create a survey with a number of standard questions that help you find out how satisfied your customers are with your organisation\u2019s service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can customise the questionnaire design by editing the text, adding images and adding questions to create your own employee opinion survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As well as single choice<\/a> and multiple choice<\/a> questions, the template features a carousel question and a button question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A carousel<\/a> displays a number of aspects to a question, each as a card, which the respondent answers in turn, before moving onto the next one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you have finished click Save <\/strong>to save the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The template has four editions for Paper, PC\/Laptop, Tablet and Phone. Click the editions drop-down to choose from the available languages and modes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
