The Product Feedback Template lets you create a survey with a number of standard questions that help you find out how customers enjoyed using your product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can customise the questionnaire design by editing the text, adding images and adding questions to create your own product feedback survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Included questions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As well as single choice<\/a> questions and multiple choice<\/a> questions, the template features rating questions and an inline question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 Star rating<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The five star rating questions help you find out how customers enjoyed using your product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customising the questionnaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the survey, replace the text [Your Product Name] with the name of your product. The font style and colour can be editing using the formatting options on the toolbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can include your own images<\/a>, and add new questions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saving the questionnaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When you have finished click Save <\/strong>to save the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Available editions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The template has four editions for Paper, PC\/Laptop, Tablet and Phone. Click the editions drop-down to choose from the available languages and modes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Publishing the questionnaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can distribute and collect responses online and on paper. Publishing<\/a> the questionnaire lets you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
